London Wetland Centre - A Visit That Can Become Unforgattable Memory

WWT London Wetland Centre is a wetland reserve managed by the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust in the Barnes area of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, by Barn Elms. In 2002 the Centre was recognized as a 'Site of Special Scientific Interest', a tribute to the positive environmental impact on the local area. Many birds have now made their home in the Centre that cannot be found anywhere else in London.
The Centre was first opened in 2000, the London Wetlands Centre is host to regular lectures and events concerned with preserving Britain’s wetland animals. It occupies the a huge space land as near 100 acres(40 hectares) which is having a lots of reservoirs.
The WWT London is a unique blend of conservation centre and visitor attraction incorporating elements of nature reserve, zoo and botanic garden exhibits, museums and interactive science centres, and sustainable gardens.
There are two main walks around the centre. One, 'World Wetlands', leads visitors through 14 outdoor naturalistic habitat sets featuring global wetland types from frozen Siberian tundra to tropical southeast Asian swamp forests. A second walk , 'Waterlife' takes visitors through several UK wetland types and a number of designed wildlife and sustainable gardens.
Normally entry fare of The London Wetland Centre for Adult is £9.05 and for the child is £5.00, The visiting time is as 29 March-24 October (09.30-18.00), the last entry is at 17.00 and 1 January-28 March and 25 October-31 December (09.30-17.00), the last entry is at 16.00. It is closed on 24, 25 & 26 December. You can buy “London Pass” and visit 71 Attractions in London instead of buying tickets at each attraction. It can save your time and energy.
